Use your phone internationally
like you do at home

When you arrive at your destination, you’ll automatically have up to $20 of international credits. When you make a call, send texts, or use data it will be deducted from your credit balance. Check the rate finder above to see the international rate for your destination.

No overages or
surprise charges

If you use all of your existing international credit, you will not be charged any fees. If you need more international credits, just log into your account portal and select the International roaming add-on. (Credits do not rollover)

International roaming allows you to use your mobile service to make calls, send SMS messages, and use data while traveling outside of the United States. To call a local number in the country you are visiting, dial 011 followed by the country code, the city code, and the number (for example: if you are visiting Germany, dial 011-49-69-555555).
To call the US, dial 1, the area code and the number (example: 1-555-123-4567). $20 plan includes $5.00 international roaming credits
$25 plan includes $5.00 international roaming credits
$30 plan includes $10.00 international roaming credits
$35 plan includes $10.00 international roaming credits
$45 plan includes $10.00 international roaming credits
$55 plan includes $10.00 international roaming credits
$65 plan includes $20.00 international roaming credits Any remaining international roaming credits from your plan do not carry over to the next billing cycle or recharge period. The international roaming add-on is a one-time or a monthly recurring purchase which adds international roaming to your plan cycles. You can purchase add-ons in your “My Account” portal. Have data ready for when you arrive/land in a new country by making sure you purchase the International Roaming add-on. You can purchase add-ons in your “My Account” portal.
Be sure to check out the roaming rates to your travel destination before you go. Yes, international roaming to these destinations is included on the Unlimited Talk and Text plan. To purchase more international roaming, go to “My Account” portal. Unfortunately, you can only use the service within the country you are traveling to. For example, if you are traveling to London you cannot call Germany. Make sure roaming is enabled on your phone. A power cycle may be required for certain devices to enable roaming.
