To qualify for a refund you need to cancel anytime before your next bill date, or before you use 500 minutes of talk, or 500 MB of data, whichever comes first. You'll receive the money you paid for your plan right back onto your credit card or debit card within 2 weeks, no questions asked.

You have until your next bill date, or until you've used 500 minutes or 500 MB of data usage, (whichever comes first), to contact customer service and request a refund. No, when you call and speak with a PureTalk customer service representative to cancel your service you must specifically request your refund in order to begin the process. The date of your next bill is available online in your account portal. Don't feel like logging in? Simply call 611 for the information. Not a problem. If a line is never activated, you still have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Refunds are issued in accordance with your original form of payment so, if you used your credit or debit card, you'll see the refund as a credit on your statement. As for timing, refunds are typically processed within just 2 weeks. No, it does not. Devices are not included in our Money Back Guarantee. You can see our full device policy here. Unfortunately, the limit for refund is within the first 30 days of service, or the first 500 minutes of talk, or 500MB of data used, whichever comes first. However, we're confident that this will be long enough to realize PureTalk is perfect for your needs. Once the Money Back Guarantee period ends, no refunds are issued, however you are still able to cancel your service at any time.

Customer's monthly service plan, SIM card, and any applicable taxes are eligible for a refund. If a line is never activated, customer has up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund processing. PureTalk™ does not charge an early termination fee. Device purchase are not covered under this policy. After your Money Back Guarantee trial period ends, no refunds will be issued for any portion of unused monthly service plan. However, customer will not be billed on their next billing date.
